HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?
- US 5-8 Business Days Shipping this includes production time which is 2-3 days. So in total you can expect to receive your order within 1 week of placing it.

HOW DOES THE LIFETIME WARRANTY WORK?
All our canvases are made of museum quality material and are guaranteed to never loose color or fade.
- We use responsibly sourced wood for stretcher bars, mainly FSC certified wood, to make our canvas prints, ensuring a long-lasting and high-quality product.

HOW ARE THE ARTWORKS SHIPPED?
Canvas prints are packaged with strong edges to protect the items. In addition, we wrap the items in bubble wrap or kraft paper for additional protection. Canvas Prints are ready to hang.
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident.
If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, please contact us immediately at support@peakkvibez.com or text +1-774-339-1049. However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order, as our packing/shipping department prides itself on getting products heading our customers' way quickly. If you cancel the order after its been shipped out then you will be charged a $40 fee and you will be responsible to ship the package back to us.
If you are not satisfied with your order before return please reach out to us by email: support@peakkvibez.com or text +1-774-339-1049. We will then get back to you with instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping/custom costs. Your return package must be well-protected.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?All customers have 30 days to change their mind. You have 30 days to return UNOPENED artwork. If you open the package and realize you want a refund you have 3 days from the day it says delivered to contact us regarding the return.
The 30 days starts from the day you pick up the product. We will refund the amount back to you within 14 days after receiving your order. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 3 days after your cancellation. If the product is damaged you still need to send it back to get a refund - or you can get a replacement without any extra cost. You are responsible for all costs related to the return (shipping and customs). Contact us at support@peakkvibez.com or text +1-774-339-1049. to get the address for shipping back your order.
Note: We do not accept returns on custom orders.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not accept returns for change of a design.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION.If you submitted an order with us, but didn't receive an order confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Get in touch with us at support@peakkvibez.com or text +1-774-339-1049 to see if we have received an order in your name. We're happy to fix the email address on file and send you the order confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have gone through, so just get in touch before placing a new order to avoid a duplicate order.
We don't offer custom work. The art is only available in the dimensions shown on the website.
Please be aware that in the event of a lost package by the postal service, we regretfully cannot accept responsibility for the loss.
