Our standard production time typically ranges from 2 to 3 days, while shipping generally takes 1 to 5 days. You can anticipate receiving your artwork within one week of placing your order. Rest assured, I will personally oversee your order from start to finish, ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please be aware that in the event of a lost package by the postal service, we regretfully cannot accept responsibility for the loss.

  • No delivery to P.O. Boxes

If you ordered to a P.O. BOX and can't receive the package, you need to contact us at support@peakkvibez.com or text +1-774-339-1049

We can always send it to your family or friend instead. When we have the new info we can update the shipping information to the shipping carriers so they can change the receiver/address. 

HOW ARE THE ARTWORKS SHIPPED?

Canvas prints are packaged with strong edges to protect the items. In addition, we wrap the items in bubble wrap or kraft paper for additional protection. Canvas Prints are ready to hang.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will first get a email where we confirm your order is paid and ready to be shipped out. After the first email you will receive an Thank you email and on the third email you will get a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident. If you did not get any email with a tracking link or there is no tracking updates, please send us an email with the name or email you made the order with to support@peakkvibez.com or text +1-774-339-1049 and we will help you to track your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE? 

In the event that products are returned to us due to customer failing to pick up their package, we charge a  $40 US DOLLAR fee. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.

WHAT IF THE ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 days after the estimated delivery date. We are not responsible for lost packages by the Post Office but we will help you file a claim and get your package. 

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you say you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
